Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY

Refunds must be requested within 3 days from the date of delivery of the parcel.

Process of Refund:

  • Contact our customer services team at info@gymarmour.co, send a direct message on Instagram or Facebook, Call or WhatsApp us at 0301-4868585 to initiate an exchange.
  • After approval of refund, customer will receive a confirmation message from our representative to proceed with the refund.
  • The customer will be responsible for self-dispatching the parcel to our dedicated address and share the courier receipt via WhatsApp at (+923014868585)

Verification Process:

  • After receiving the returned products, our team will verify their condition.

Bank Details for Refund:

  • After verification, our representative will contact you to obtain your bank/jazz cash/easypaisa details to process the refund.

Refund Processing Time:

  • The refund process may take up to 3 days after our team receives the returned items.

Exclusion of Liability:

The following scenarios release GymArmour from liability for exchange and/or refund:

  • Products damaged due to use or mishandling by the customer (any fragrance or washed items)
  • Situations where the customer changed their mind or did not check the product specifications at the time of purchase
  • All pictures displayed on our website are of the original products. Due to differences in monitors/screens and lighting during the photo shoot, the exact color of the final item may vary slightly. Therefore, products cannot be returned for this reason.
  • Any item that is on SALE are non-refundable.
  • No refund can be accepted for underwear and socks due to hygiene reasons.
  • The returned parcel for a refund remains the customer’s responsibility until the goods are received into our warehouse.
  • The delivery charges are non-refundable, except in cases where a defective or incorrect item has been delivered.
